sediment transport and scour analyss

Hello professors,
I want to work on the scour analysis, when the solid is placed in a flume.
I want to find how much of erosition and deposition occurs and bed level changing.
what are the codes i need to use.

Such simulations will require REEF3D::CFD atm.
