Hlo sir,
I want to know, to find out the reflection wave height with the help of wave guages after the wave hitting the solid, which wave generation method is used in B98. which type of wave generation method and which wave theory is used for the reflection of the waves. i need the reflection... may i know the code, if anyone teaches us.. Hi, 'wave generation' only generates desired waves, such as linear, nonlinear waves, and irregular waves. Reflected waves are not generated but as a result of fluid-structure interaction. To generate waves in REEF3D, all B 98 works well, the options depend on your desired wave. For reflection, you need to write your own post-processing code for a wave number spectrum analysis using the surface elevation time series obtained from REEF3D.
