Error while installing REEF3D-release-candidate

While Installing the REEF3D-release_candidate, I am encountering this error.

Where can I find the newest RC ?
The latest version I downloaded from github, it still is showing the same error.

The latest RC does not contain this line. Either you have not downloaded the latest or forgot to make clean.

I have reverified (make clean and reinstall) and still found the same error.
I have downloaded from the following link: https://github.com/REEF3D/REEF3D/tree/release_candidate
