Hi. Thanks for releasing a good solver.
I am using reef3d to modeling Oscillating Wave Surge Converters rotating around a hinge fixed close to the seabed. However, the hinge function is not implemented in reef3d. So, similar reproduction was made using the spring option of the mooring function. However, since it is not a complete hinge implementation, we are not satisfied with the result. I think it will be necessary to modify the source code to fix the hinge axis, and any suggestion and tip in this regard will be greatly appreciated. |

Hi,
thanks for your interest in REEF3D. We are currently not working on multi-body dynamics. Thus, the code is also not prepared for such implementations. We hope to work on this sometime soon. |

Hi Tobias Martin.
Thanks for the reply. I appreciate the development and extension of REEF3D and look forward to the next work. Thank you, best regards. |
