Airfoil internal structured domain-Domain initialization collapsing in on itself

engineeringmoose is on a distinguished road

I am no sure why this is happening while trying to create a structured domain within an airfoil mesh. I have deleted any break points and tried various spacings but nothing seems to work. I also tried multiple ways of meshing the internal section but everything keeps collapsing on itself.
