We have our pointwise licence installed on our linux cluster. we can all connect to the licence and use pointwise when we are connected to our university network, however we are unable to connect to the licence when working remotely, even if we have a VPN running to the university network. we all also have no issues when we ssh into the cluster.
it seems that we must be directly connected to the university network to run pointwise, and cannot use the licence when working remotely. is there a way to fix this? we are entering the correct server and port number when prompted. Thanks. |

Tom, I see that it's been a few days since you posted your question. I suggest that you email support@pointwise.com so our engineers can work on this with you directly.
