Hello,
I am done with the surface mesh and domains. When I'm trying to create block using Assemble special/Block, the six faces can't be assembled. What could the reason! Attached the picture of the mesh. Its an unstructured mesh. It says: Info: "0 block(s) created, 52 domain(s) unused" Last edited by Sparsh; September 20, 2015 at 19:52. Reason: Picture not attached |

Hi Sparsh:
are you trying to assemble a structured block or unstructured? The comment about 6 faces sounds like structured block assembly, but it looks like all the domains are unstructured. If you are making a structured block, you will need structured domains for its faces. If you are making an unstructured block, you only need 1 face, which consists of all the domains forming the boundary of the block. Hope this helps, Rick |
