Default Gridgen Export to Fluent5/6 failure due to memory

Hi, I am trying to export a file of size around 3 million from Gridgen to Fluent5/6 Case files. I select the Analysis Software (ASW) as Fluent5/6 and when I export it, it fails. The message I get is asw_export_fluent: Memory allocation of 660 MB failed. I have tried to increase the default memory in the unstructured block tab but of no benefit. RAM of my hardware is 1.5 GB and is not being utilized fully. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance. ND
