Dear friends

I have currently considered a simple 2D flow in a duct (X-Z coordinate system, CARTES=T), and manage to get a converged solution. However I tried to compute the overall momentum balance using PLANT eventhough the result file have provide the information. I have manage to obtain the shear stress contibution in (Pa/area).

The problem is that to get the distance between the cell centers in x-direction is unrealistic when using either XG2D or DXG2D (when printed out it give the following values). I have the correct result using ZGNZ, I would be appreciate for any suggestion

cell IX=1 -10101.00 cell IX=2 -10101.00 -10101.00 -10101.00 -10101.00 -10101.00 -10101.00 -10101.00 -10101.00

1.000000

3.000000

7.000000

145.0000

146.0000

147.0000

148.0000

149.0000

150.0000

3798.000 cell IX=20 3818.000

Dear friend

Thanks again for the silence, as this make me to strunggle. I discover that as satlit is processed the ground coding, it defined the DXG2D as LFDXG2=ABS(ANYZ(DXG2D ,IZZ)) as shown below. I have to change this to LFDXG2=L0F(DXG2D ) to make its effect. Thanks for motivating me.

IF(ISTEP.GE.1 .AND.ISTEP.LE.LSTEP )THEN

DO 19701 IZZ=1 ,NZ

LFWTAU =ABS(ANYZ(INAME('WTAU '),IZZ))

LFDXG2=ABS(ANYZ(DXG2D ,IZZ))

DO 19701 IX=1 ,NX

IADD=NY*(IX-1)

DO 19701 IY=1 ,NY

I=IY+IADD

L0WTAU=LFWTAU+I

L0DXG2=LFDXG2+I 19701 F(L0WTAU )=F(L0DXG2)

ENDIF
