Hi,
I am trying to set up a car exhaust inlet for a carpark ventilation simulation and have worked out an emission rate of 12,000ppm. This is based on an exhaust temperature of 60 deg C (at the inlet to the carpark) and an emission rate of 25 grams/minute carbon monoxide for car in the first minute of operation after start-up (engine cold while leaving carpark has larger emissions than car entering with hot engines). If anyone has any experience modelling carpark exhaust systems can they please confirm if the assumed temperature of 60 deg C and carbon monoxide emission rate of 12,000ppm look correct? Thanks Paul |
