Hi, Could anybody recommend some papers about the comparison of building simulation using CFD with reality, such as measured data, the building can be as simple as a cube with an inlet and an outlet.

In addition, does anybody knows, generally how accurate the CFD simulation can be?

Check out this site: http://hybvent.civil.auc.dk/. Look up the paper by Fracastoro on the transient effects of window openings. You'll then see the difficulties that arise in CFD model development even for simple geometries.
