Hi,

I am using Phoenics 3.4 (non-recompilable) for the simulation of atmospheric flows.

For use in the buoyancy source term for momentum a constant reference temperature TREF can be specified via BUOYE.

For my application it is necessary to have a spatially varying reference temperature Tref(x,y,z). Does anybody know how this must be handled? Of course, the required buoyancy term in the momentum equations might be build up via Inform but this will only work as long as cartesian velocity components are used.

Maybe someone has an idea

best regards

Volker
