In a direct way, you can't. But, if you have a re-compilable version of PHOENICS it will be very easy in future executions. Otherwise you should read the PHI(PHIDA) file with some program and to calculate the expresion. I am assuming you had saved the density inside the PHI file if it varies inside the domain.
