Hi Foamers,

I'm simulating the filling of an hopper and I'm using the Glyph filter to visualize particles, while saving the animation, ParaView crashes and returns this error:

paraview: vbo/vbo_save_api.c:218: map_vertex_store: Assertion `vertex_store->buffer' failed.

does anybody know what it is and possibly how to resolve it?

Does this still happen if you reduce the vector number? Say, to only a few hundred?

well particles are not visualized as vectors, but as scalar by the glyph philter.

Equally, by reducing the number of points... no better?

That would be a solution, but actually I need all the particles to be visualized. To be honest I guess the problem is with RAM memory, I solved it by acquiring a limited number of frames, it takes much more time to finish the job, but at last it doesn't crash.
