'integrate variables' filter on a polyhedral mesh gives wrong results...

Hi everybody,
I am using interFoam to do some flow simulations on a polyhedral mesh (obtained from a tet mesh with the help of the 'polyDualMesh' utility). Now I have to calculate the volume of fluid contained in a closed region. I thus integrate the gamma field in that region with the 'integrate variables' filter. It works well on the initial tet mesh, but when applied on the polyhedral mesh it gives some negative and wrong volume... does anyone have an idea to get the correct volume on this kind of mesh ? Thanks in advance for your help. JB |
