Where can I locate, in the programmers/users guides or elsewhere, a list of all the possible files that may be outputted from a foam run (the "file format" of foam)?
It seems I keep coming upon more files that I need to visualize. Thanks. |

You're thinking of something like this:
http://openfoamwiki.net/index.php/Uguide_table_of _fields (the list is very uncomplete) The "problem" is that everyone who writes a solver is free to choose the names of the fields as he likes. But for certain classes of solvers there are conventions. For instance for the velocity "U" is widely accepted (although if somebody wants he can use "V" or "G" for Geschwindigkeit it's up to him)
