Hi all,
I have been trying to plot a field along a line in my model. To do this I have used the Pick filter so that the Probe filter is then available to use. I then select line in the probe filter and specify the line. I thought that would work, however the plot that is returned is only a strainght line with a value of zero. I know that this is incorrect but I don't know how to get this plot to work. Thanks, Shaun |

You're using the Pick (a single point) as the source for the Probe-Filter. That can't work. What you will want to do is use the "Extract Parts"-Filter to get the "Internal Mesh". On that you can use the Probe-Filter.
There is a number of problems where paraFoam doesn't behave as expected (Streamlines for instance). Most of them can be solved by extracting the Internal Mesh.
