plane inside a 2D domain

Hello, I turn to you to ask a question. I have a 2D simulation of an airfoil with a circular domain. I want to create a plane with customized dimensions within the 2D domain to visualize the results, but I can't find how to do it. Does anyone have any ideas they could share?
