I am importing csv file to paraview and then using tabletopoints and delaunay2D to create a contour plot. After doing so when I am using using points representation its showing correct domain. But when I am switching to surface representation coutour colors are also outside my doimain. How to resolve this

The algorithm seems to be trying to interpolate between everything. I would go and insert Thresholds/Cuts to separate the individual parts (like for example the rectangular part to the right) so it has a regular shape (rectangle) and apply this filter afterwards. Then you can do that for each section and hopefully get a satisfactory image.
