I use salome to build the model,a round tube with a twisted tapes insert,

If you don't have vorticity in your results, Paraview can calculate it from the velocity vector field. For the easiest solution, check the "gradients of unstructured dataset" filter.

Use the "gradient of unstructured data set" filter to output the vorticity, how to know what equation it is using?
