How to plot other variables on a slice?

Hello,
I am trying to learn Paraview with data exported from Fluent via Ensight format. I was able to slice a pipe along the axis and plot the pressure contours on the slice. But two problems arose. 1. I cannot change variables. There are other variables, such as temperature, in the files but they do not show up under Coloring option in Slice1. The only options are: absolute_pressure Solid Color vtkCompositIndes vtkBlockColors 2. If I add another slice, Slice2, I do not get the option to plot any variables at all. The only options are: Solid Color vtkCompositIndes vtkBlockColors So, how do I change variables in Slice1 or plot any variable at all in Slice2? |

Here is what I mean. I would expect the other variables like Temperature, Velocity, etc to be in this list. The second image shows that the other variables are indeed there.
