Hello,
to extract data in ParaView by "File->save data": (then) in the out-coming "configure Wirter"-dialog-box, there're 3 opts available: "Points" "Cells" "Field data" I assume, "Cells" refers to "Cell-Centers", but what does "Field data" mean? btw. it's possible in ParaView to record "marcros"? thank you in advance |

Hi,
I am not sure either what field data would be, but regarding the macro's: Yes you can, you can use the python trace tool (Tools>start trace) to record a python script which you can than add as a macro (Macros>add new macro). Of course you may need to edit the script first. Hope someone can give more information on the field data for you. Cheers, Tom |
