Hello,I am a beginner in OpenFoam.
After blockMesh, snappyhexMesh and simpleFoam, I opened paraview to deal with it ,but there was an error: ERROR: In C:\bbd\ecd3383f\build\superbuild\paraview\src\VTK\ IO\Geometry\vtkOpenFOAMReader.cxx, line 7601 vtkOpenFOAMReaderPrivate (0000023B9F014E20): Number of cells/points in mesh and field don't match: mesh = 327073, field = 941192 I want to ask for some help with it. Thank you! |

Hi,
It seems somehow ParaView reads old mesh, while simulation is run on the new mesh, with larger number of cells. Did you utilise -overwrite flag, when generated mesh with snappyHexMesh? |
