Fluent output file in Paraview not smooth

Hello, all:
I am using Paraview to post-processing Fluent's output *.cas and *.dat file. However, these files in Ansys CFD-post looks fine but in Paraview, each cell is colored by uniform value, it seems no interpolation or smoothing within cells. I tried the 'color space' options but it doesn't help. Please see attachments which illustrates the same velocity field in CFD-post and Paraview. Is there a way to do some interpolation to make the picture more smooth? Thanks Qiyue ================ This issue has been solved. I found a link back to years ago as: How to smooth the visualization in a ParaFoamParaview This link helps a lot. Thanks Qiyue Last edited by Qiyue; January 8, 2019 at 14:17. Reason: resolved |
