Hello All!

I am trying to visualize a polyhedral mesh with a scalar solution using vtk paraview. I am not able to find the format in which vtk polyhedron 42 ASCII files have to be written. I have included the fields, POINTS, CELLS, CELLTYPES and POINT_DATA. I came to know that an extra field something related to faces has to be added for vtk polyhedron visualization.

It will be highly helpful if someone could tell me the fields I need to add and it's format in ASCII or provide an example ASCII file.

Thanks in advance.

Warmest regards,
Sanath
