I've run a simulation in 2 dimensions (X and Y) with interfoam with two phases; air and water.
My simulation consists of an inlet on one side and an outlet on the other. I'm interested in the pathway of water from one to the other as well as the final depth on the surface. Does anyone know if it's possible to extract the depth of water from the results in paraview? Depth would be in the Z dimension, but I've only modeled the direction of water in X and Y. Does OpenFOAM determine the accumulation of water on the surface? As far as I can tell, it looks like I'm going to have to model this in 3-dimensions, but I wanted to check here first. Thanks in advance. |
