Dear all,
This is my first post to this forum, so please bear with me if it's super simple. I've checked the backlog of the forum and could not find an answer. I am trying to use Paraview (5.2) for visualization of time-of-flight images from a THz imaging system. My code exports a series of bitmaps that represent slices of the image, and the volume formed by all the bitmap planes stacked up is what I am after. The individual bitmaps are approx. 500x2000 pixels, 8 bit depth. I will typically use 250-500 individual bitmaps. Is there a way to read such a sequence (jpg, bmp, png...) into Paraview and convince the program to treat the sequence as a volume data set? Thank you in advance, Peter Uhd Jepsen Technical University of Denmark |
