Dear all,

I'm trying to plot an integrated variable against time with the paraview filter "plot selection over time" but any time I try to do this, it gives me the following error:

Code:
ERROR: In /home/kitware/Dashboards/MyTests/ParaView-
master/VTK/Charts/vtkContext2D.cxx, line 177
vtkContext2D (0x3c5fd7e0): Attemted to paint a line with <2 points.
and the output is a White graph. Is there anyone who could help me?

Thank you!

Hi Jack,

Please tell full steps which you did in paraview for plot selection over time, and also a overview of your data if possible.
For now, if your results are decomposed, try to reconstruct and plot again.

Regards,
Arsalan.

Thank you Arsalan! The case was decomposed, when I reconstructed it and used the filter I obtained the graph.

Thank you very much!

Hi,

I have somehow the similar problem. I have a fluid region with an inlet and outlet.

Now, I want to see the temperature change at the outlet of the fluid region with respect to time.

I can select the outlet using the extract block filter, but I am not able to plot the temperature change with respect to time at the outlet of the fluid.

Can you please help me in this.

Regards,

Raza
