Hi wen,

At color map editor panel, you will find Color discretization. Decrease the number of Table values to be 24 is enough. Enjoy.

Best,

I could be the different version of paraview (4.1) is used. Sorry, I could not find that panel. But do you know how to translate the foam data to tecplot? foamToTecplot360 is available in foam230 and foamDataToFluent is there. Maybe I will have a try this app...

Thank you for your reply. Also the translation work for foam User Guide.

Best regards,
Wen

To find that panel, you need to go to the properties panel (left bottom side), click Edit in the Coloring part.

You mean foamToTecplot360 is not availbable in your OpenFOAM? which version? I install almost all the versions of OpenFOAM in my machine. U can install OpenFOAM23x and if you want to use utilites of 23x you just switch to 23x.

Thanks for your good words of user guide!

Best,
