Presly is on a distinguished road
Hi,

I am presently working on a project which requires me extending Paraview for the purpose of volume computation as well as Body surface area computation. In all honesty, i have never used or played with any 3D modelling software and i have never felt more lost than i do right now. Can anyone please guide me through the installation process for Paraview 3.98.1 (using the source code because i intend using Python to write the script for my plugin).

I followed the instructions on the the Paraview: Build and Install link (http://paraview.org/Wiki/ParaView:Build_And_Install) without enabling Paraview_USE_MPI and so far i was able to configure and generate using CMake. while trying to Build with Xcode, i get an error that "The Qtframework can't be found".

Please i need a detailed description on how i can go about building the software environment on a Mac OSX 10.7 Lion machine and i don't mind the format of information i get (Video, audio of pdf) because i really want to do this project
