Convergence is dependent on many factors, I recommend you search the forum for convergence problems with the solver you are using and if you cannot find anything then make another separate thread.

Very thanks.there is still have a crazying problem.I carefully get the .cas file .but the error occur again when i make the domain bigger.Is the OpenFOAM not steady?

I believe the OpenFOAM convertor is fine and there is a problem with your mesh.

Can you post a link to your fluent mesh that does not work here.
