Hi all,
I'm working the design of a buoyancy-propelled underwater glider. I would like to simulate the "heaving" motion of a 2D hydrofoil. I've been reading about the 6-DOF solver and dynamic meshing. Is there a way to specify a time-varying buoyant force at a specified location that is not at the center of mass? I was thinking about using InterDyMFoam for a 2D simulation. I'm a novice with OpenFOAM, so I'd appreciate any help! Thanks. Lin |
