Default Is that possible to simulate pipe with varying diameter?

Dear all,

Is there any know by any chance that am I allowed to simulate a pipe varying with the pressure of the fluids flowing through it?

e.g. An artery with pulsatile inlet velocity. I want take the extensibility of the wall into consideration, not sure if possible?
