I have done a simulation but realized my mesh was too big (my dimensions were 10^3 times greater) I have a lot of data and I am trying to avoid rerunning the whole thing with the rescaled mesh using the transformPoints command. Does anyone know if my data can be rescaled? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If your mesh is identical, except for the dimensions, I suppose you can just copy the files to the 0/ folder? However, the results will not make sense any longer.
