Hi,
I am simulating a laminar diffusion flame in OpenFOAM using a solver based on reactingFOAM. From time to time I get this warning. Code:
FOAM Warning : From function objectRegistry::getEvent() const in file db/objectRegistry/objectRegistry.C at line 152 Event counter has overflowed. Resetting counter on all dependent objects Thanks |

Found out that the warning does not corrupt the simulation in no way. Some times OpenFOAM does output that error message if the number of boundary patches is large. So, you can ignore the warning message safely.
