Hi,
Can any one tell me the code to read a mesh from any other directory other than the tutorials. I want openFoam to read a mesh (Fluent '.msh' file). I will first need to convert it. I am having error in converting the mesh using fluentMeshToFoam I have also tried fluent3DMeshToFoam My mesh contains mostly hexahedral and tetrahedral cells. Size of the mesh is about 2.8 million cells. The error is it can not find the file. But when I use directory command in UBUNTU terminal i can see the file. I am using OpenFoam 2.0 and UBUNTU 11.04 64 bit. Can any one help me sort this out please. Thank you. |

you should put ur .msh file in the main directroy! besides 0 , constant and system folder then use fluentMeshToFoam or fluent3DMeshToFoam command
look at OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-1.?/tutorials/incompressible/icoFoam/elbow |
