I have a .3 m diameter rotor (cross flow fan) in an 18 m square computational domain. It is a 2D simulation and the rotor is turning at 5000 rpm and the freestream is at 6.8 m/s, where the top and bottom have the slip bc.
I am seeing the pressure fluctuate slightly in the whole computational domain. Is this indicative of too small a computational domain? |
