Hello chitharenjan
I will explain you in detail.I want to covert fluent.msh file into OpenFOAM format.Make a directory of any name say Conversion. Now in Conversion directory copy the fluent.msh file. After this make three directories in Conversion name of system, constant and o as in all OpenFoam case files. After this copy the ControlDic,fvSchemes and fvSolutions from any tutorials file. Now go into Conversion directory by terminal and type fluentMeshToFoam fluent.msh.After this directly type paraFoam and you will see the mesh by using Wire frame in display panel. Enjoy Still if you face any problem then we will see.

Thanks Kurne,
But while entering paraFoam, instead of the wireframe model I am getting this message budha@budha-desktop:~/OpenFOAM/budha-1.7.1/run/tutorials/heatTransfer/buoyantSimpleFoam/hotRoom/Ashok$ paraFoam created temporary 'Ashok.OpenFOAM' /opt/openfoam171/bin/paraFoam: 142: paraview: not found Please help |

It is even not necessary to use paraFoam, as long as you can open Paraview. After the simulation you run the command
touch myCase.foam and you open this file in Paraview. |
