Implementation of maxwell slip velocity and Temperature jump with openfoam

I want to Run supersonic flow of air over a cylinder at Knudsen number Kn=.01
And therefore, I must to use Maxwell’s velocity slip and Smoluwski temperature jump conditions at the wall boundary. I am sure, i have read enough papers on the Kn number to comfortably say that your assumption about slip velocity at Kn < 0.01 is not correct. This is true for an order higher which is Kn approx equal to 0.1.
