rhythm is on a distinguished road
Hello Hrushi,

I know this thread is highly outdated, but hopefully my question will bump it up

I am currently starting to work on a similar project as you have initially described. As a starting point I want to investigate simple reaction kinetics by including multiple scalar transport equations with certain source terms (same as in your case).
Unfortunately I run into the same "hanging pointer" error, that you have mentioned in one of your posts.

You've said that you have managed to get it working I was wondering if you would be able to give me some advice how to get it to run?

Ben.
