Hi,
I have saved the slices of velocity fields at .vtk files in ascii format from simulation.

I am not sure how to read that .vtk file into matlab to actually calculate the spatial correlation. I tried using paraview itself as it is a dataset of like 1000 vtk files. I couldn't find a way to select the base point and multiply that to each and every cell of the image for all images, and then take average.

could anybody please tell me how to do that either in paraview or how to read the .vtk ASCII files from with matlab to do the same.

Hope to hear from you soon as I am have to this done right away for a presentation.

Best Regards,
Vishwa
