Default how can I set up nonuniform boundary condition?

Hi...
I want to set up nonuniform boundary condition for velocity in inlet boundary. my case is simulation of Mild combustion in axisymmetric Furnace that I've used to reactingFoam solver .
I want to set up profile velocity that it is vary with vertical direction...
do you know anybody about this problem?

use "groovyBC" if you want to fulfil a non uniform boundary condition,
