Dear all,
I'm trying to model the wind of the atmospheric boundary layer (in a 2d rectangular domain). My idea is to specify a logarithmic velocity profile at the inlet, using the timeVaryingMappedFixedValue bc. At the top of the domain I will just have a fixed velocity and zerogradient at the outlet. I guess the ground should be considered as a rough wall. My question is, how to specify the pressure at the boundaries. I'm quite new to OpenFoam and not very familiar with all the different types of bc's. Any help would be appreciated. I'm planning to use simplefoam and the k-epsilon turbulence model. Thanks. -Jesper |
