Hey,
I have just a little question, is it possible to define various conductivity in an anisotropic solid? Best regards. Last edited by suitup; April 29, 2010 at 09:01. |

Hi suitup,
I'm a new OpenFOAM user and just looking for solving this very same issue. Although I might be too late, I'll post a thread that seems to have the solution here, for future users: thermal conductivity --> anisotropic material Look for pete20r2 comment, about adding the three directional values in the thermophysicalProperties dict: first specify constAnIso on transport and add the desired values of kappa. Hope this helps someone, Marco |
