Greetings FOAMers!
I am a fairly new openfoam user, working on Vortex Breakdown in a combustion chamber. My aim is to try to simulate a flame front, by creating a (cone-shaped) surface in which I fix the temperature. The problem is, I think some kind of energy source term may be needed, for otherwise it just sucks out the heat out of the fluid next to the "flame front", leading to negative temperatures... Do you have any idea on how to add this "energy source term" or any alternative solution? Thanks a lot, Carlos |
