Hi to all,
I'm currently working on a 2D-Micromixer with a simple rectangular geometry, two inlets and one outlet (using twoLiquidMixingFoam). The next step would be to simulate not only the mixing, but also the Villermaux-Reaction between the two inlets: H2BO3- + H+ -> H3BO3 (Inlet 1) IO3- + 5I- + 6H+ -> 3I2 + 3H2O (Inlet 2) I found the reactingFoam tutorial on openwiki, but as I'm unfortunately not an OpenFoam expert, I'm dispairing of my mixer-reaction task. Is there perhaps anyone who has worked on a similar problem and could help or would be willing to share his example? Many thanks in advance |
