Dear foamers,
I want to use parallel simulation, I followed the User Guide's 3.4.2, and copy a decomposeParDict to the system directory.
But when I run the command "decomposePar" in the case directory,
It displays that: command not found.

If OpenFOAM's parallel running needs to be set, How counld I set this step by step ? where I could find these setting reference ?

Thank you very much.

Hi,

sounds like decomposePar isn't available. check with
which decomposePar

Somethink like this should be shown in the terminal

~/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-1.5-dev/applications/bin/linux64GccDPOpt/decomposePar

if not OpenFOAM isn't build complete.
