Hi, would like to know what the field C7H16 means in the logs. It records values for exact number of cells in the case.
Is it the mass of fuel or droplet per cell? Thanks, viv05 |

hi
c7h16 is n-heptan. It is the mass fraction of n-heptan. The mass of your droplets you can find at timeDirectory/lagrangian/defaultCloud/m. Christof |

Thanks Christof,
Any idea where the source code for writing the C7H16 file to the time directory is? Thanks again, viv05 |

Hi,
have a look in createFields.H in your solver. especially dieselFoam. There you can find an entry Y[i]. This is your composition. Christof |
