The system is being monitored and those who abuse the system have had and will continue to have their IP addresses blocked to prevent further abuse. </original> Concerning the download bandwidth: A solution would be, to "outsource" the file downloading to another server. One option would be sourceforge.net. The provide the "infrastructure" for OpenSource-projects: among other things (CVS-server, Webserver etc) file downloading. One side-effect would be, that this would raise the "visibility" of this fine project to the outside world.
