Problems downloading Openfoam related documents

Hello

I have been having problems downloading Professor Jasak's thesis, and other OpenFoam related documents.

There seems to be something wrong with the site.

Download terminates after about 3/4th is completed.
This has happened about 10 times to me.

I hope someone fixes it.

Thank you so much Niels. I finally got it. It explains a lot about the PISO and SIMPLE algorithms in icoFoam.

Could you suggest similar references for the compressible solvers rhoSonicFoam, sonicFoam?
